This beautiful country setting, at the edge of the small prairie town of Willow Lake, abuts Mud Lake with its waterfowl production areas, and adjoins Willow Lake (the lake) at the end of a mile hike. It is also within a mile and a half of Dry Lake, which is a 10 mile long wildlife and fishing paradise.

The location combines the convenience of being within walking distance of a general store to the south (across the road) with the unfettered remoteness of 200 acres smack dab in the middle of the 'Prairie Pothole' region.
